• MDAQMD Permit Applications

If you are looking to submit an application for an MDAQMD Permit or modification to an existing Permit, please read the following instructions, CAREFULLY, to make sure that your submission will be processed as expeditiously as possible. Items 1, 2, and 3 listed below MUST be completed or your application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED:

1. Submit an online request for application/modification here

2. Fill out the appropriate application form(s) and email them as pdf attachments to engineering@mdaqmd.ca.gov

3. Pay for your application(s)/modification(s) by sending a check to the address below, or pay online via credit card (surcharge applies) here. If you pay by check, please include a copy of your application/modification form(s) with the check.
